Regarding Hot Spring Tax, Hokkaido Tourism Tax, and Hakodate City Lodging Tax
Bath Tax: ¥150 per guest aged 15 or older staying overnight. From April 1, 2026, an additional ¥100 will be collected separately.
Hokkaido Lodging Tax and Hakodate City Lodging Tax:
Applies to guests staying at lodging facilities within Hakodate City. Separate collection will begin for stays starting April 1, 2026.

Breakfast start time
You may select your departure time between 7:00 AM and 8:30 AM. Guests departing early are kindly requested to choose a plan that does not include breakfast.
Nearest station
The nearest stop is the Hakodate City Tram’s “Yunokawa Onsen (DY02)” stop.
Walk south along the river for about 7 minutes, and you will find Ryokan Ichinomatsu on your left.
Do you have a sauna?
We do not have a sauna.
Regarding bringing in drinks
For banquet guests, we charge a 550 yen per person bring-in fee. Overnight guests may bring in food and beverages freely. Items that do not fit in your room refrigerator, or items you wish to present as a surprise, can be stored at the front desk. Please feel free to ask us.
Regarding Hot Spring Bathing Hours
The large bath is located on the first floor of the West Wing (New Wing).
It is available from check-in time at 3:00 PM until 8:30 AM the following morning.
However, please note that access is unavailable from 1:00 AM to 1:30 AM for changing the gender-specific curtains and tidying the bathing area.
