・the name of the person making the reservation (as written in the passport)
・passport number
・a cell phone number that can be used to contact you while in Japan

*You may not be able to reserve the date and time of your choice. When you get the confirmation e-mail from “TORITARO Sapporo sta. Kitaguchi-ten” or “UU-Hokkaido”, then your reservation has completed.

*Please show the confirmation e-mail when you come to the shop.
